Please add the correct tax for your area if your order ships into one of these states.
We accept the following:
MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Company or Personal Checks. Open accounts are available with approval of credit. Freight charges, the cost of merchandise, and applicable sales tax are charged at the time you submit your order.
Credit applications are available for download. Payment terms on open account are "net 30".

Orders up to 200 total lbs. are usually shipped by small package carriers. Orders exceeding this weight are shipped by the fastest, most economical motor carrier available. Carriers charge additional fees for inside delivery, calling before delivery, and residential delivery.
Returned merchandise must have prior authorization from Lowen. Custom merchandise is non-refundable.

When placing a sign order with us, your initial sign layout (sketch) and one revision are provided at no charge. Each additional sketch and revision costs $35. There is a $90 cancellation fee if we prepare a sketch and no order is placed. We offer design services at the rate of $65 per hour if you would like us to create a new sign design for you.

With your sign order, we will produce an ad-mat for an additional $30.00 charge. The charge is $50.00 if the ad-mat is ordered at a later date.
MLS, REALTOR, Equal Housing, and other emblems may be added in one of your sign printing colors at no extra charge.
