It is made of painted aluminum over a solid plastic core and can withstand the harshest of elements. The frame, also known as the Gibraltar frame, is formed of angled steel that is powder coated for rust resistance and a smooth finish. Strike tabs at the top of the frame, and gussets under the foot push for strength, make installation easy. Both the frame and panel have rounded corners and edges for your safety. The unit includes all hardware and arrives fully assembled.
